Plumbing, propane and pests: Basic Fall RV Closing and Prepping for Winter
Join the redoubtable Jamie Russell of JR’s Mobile RV Services for an entertaining (and informative!) review of plumbing, propane and pests at Basic Fall RV Closing and Prepping for Winter. RVs are specialized vehicles: using the wrong products can cause unnecessary problems. From exterior maintenance to propane, batteries, pests, tires & suspension, awnings, appliances and slides, Jamie will run through best practices: what to do; what not to do — and the important differences between products you find at an RV dealership versus your local hardware store. Whether you’re a first timer or a seasoned camper, you’ll learn something valuable.
One of Canada’s best known and knowledgeable RV technicians, Jamie Russel is a certified RV Technician and G2 Gas Technician. An industry leader, he helped created Ontario’s RV Apprenticeship program. Since 1998, he’s worked with the federal government, re-writing and regularly updating the Red Seal Program, the interprovincial exam that sets standards of excellence for skilled tradespeople.
